Parisa’s Bio

Parisa is an Iranian/Norwegian American multidisciplinary creative who uses dance, ancestral wisdom, and sisterhood to activate the sacred feminine power within her students.

Trained as a classical Persian dancer, she also holds a Master’s degree in Chicanx Feminism and a Bachelor’s degree in Education and Spanish. Dancing saved her life, and she wants to share that healing power with those who feel called to her diverse offerings that integrate all of her studies and lived experiences.

Her work has been featured in CBS, the Star Tribune, as well as globally across many indie channels like podcast shows.
